At Sushi Motto, we have highly honorable sushi chefs working at the front sushi bar and notable chefs making all hot menu items from scratch. We specialize in all sorts of sushi: sashimi, handrolls, rolls of all kinds that are unique and original. We also pride ourselves in offering homemade sauces for all of our hot plates including katsu’s, teriyaki’s, and noodle bowls. Our specialties also include appetizer-type Japanese Tapas which go hand-in-hand with our sake and beer.
